Towards Another Order of Sustainable Policy Cycles

Insights from the Chinese Book of Changes

-- / --

An exploration of an alternative perspective on sustaining a cycle of complementary development policies compensating for each others deficiencies. Originally distributed by the Union of International Associations. The original document was adapted from a text in the Encyclopedia of World Problems and Human Potential (1986), which also contained an extensive commentary on the method by which it was derived. The text is now available online as part of a wider experiment with respect to the 64-fold pattern of the Chinese I Ching in Transformation Metaphors for sustainable dialogue, vision, conferencing, policy, network, community and lifestyle (1997) with the commentary.
