Matching Original People to Original Environments
the challenges and opportunities of mutual awkwardness
-- / --
Introduction
The purpose here is to scope out the possibility for a web-based service that would enable people to clarify their thinking in matching their aspirations for a congenial working environment with the realities faced by such environments in adapting to such possibilities. The corresponding concern in the case of such environments, primarily "organizations", is what scope they have for accepting original people into a context that is typically challenged economically and socially -- if not also in psychological terms.
Especially with the problematic rise in unemployment, there are many original people with skills and talents, that are unable to match those talents with the challenges and opportunities of the kinds of environments in which they believe they would like to work -- even if financial remuneration is not the major concern.
